People are hungry for mindfulness, but what they want

is enlightenment in a weekend

Thrust into the limelight with his viral poem Lockdown, Brother Richard Hendrick has released

his debut book  on meditation. He talks about the real meaning of mindfulness, and the

unrealistic expectations associated with the practice.

Richard is a priest-friar of the Irish Capuchin Franciscan Province.

His most recent publication is ‘Still Points, A Guide to Living the Mindful Meditative Way’.

He is known internationally as a teacher of mindfulness and meditation.
