Spring is the season for new beginnings. Traditionally a time for decluttering, cleansing and renewal, so what better place to begin the ‘Big Spring Clean’ than with our body.
Ayurveda is the worlds oldest form of medicine dating back to India 5,000 years ago, and is still practiced today, in India and around the world. Ayurveda helps us
maintain our state of physical, mental, and emotional balance throughout the year by living in harmony with the cycles of nature. This is done through mindfully
adjusting our lifestyle, diet, and daily habits to welcome the arrival of each new season with ease and peace.
In this workshop with Joan Dooley Ayurvedic Practitioner you will be guided on the journey from winter to spring! , You will:
Gain a better understanding of spring, through an Ayurvedic lens, exploring how to best align yourself and your body with the awakening and rebirth that spring offers.
Understand how to stay healthy and prevent illness during the spring.
Learn how to detoxify and cleanse your system to welcome change, transformation, and renewal.
Learn self-care practices.
This workshop will provide dietary and self-care practices that will best support you to optimise your health and well-being, and to maintain balance within your
body and mind.
