OUR HISTORY

Croi Nua Galway was established in 2002. It is a project of the Irish Province of the Missionaries of the  Sacred Heart. A Core Group of lay people was involved from the beginning. Fr. Patsy Kelly MSC was its first director. The constitution of the Centre requires that a third of members are replaced when they have served their term. The Centre is non-residential. Its programmes come from the discerned needs of the church and world. About 7,000 people go through the Centre each year.
