Finding Meaning & Purpose

Regina O’Roarke is the founder of Integrative Practice — an approach that brings

together different fields of knowledge and ways of understanding to explore

meaning and purpose.

Her work is informed by studies in theology, sociology and psychology,

with many years of work in education and facilitation.

Today, she invites us to explore how combining reflection, creativity and

different perspectives can help us make sense of what matters in our lives.
