Empowerment Circle

Facilitated by Marion O’Brien, this Empowerment Circle gathers monthly, offering a safe and accepting space to uplift, inspire and empower each other through community….. while cultivating a mindset of self-awareness and resilience

To date, we have explored how important it is to recognise our own strengths, our values and our identity.  We continue each month to work on these themes including exploring ways to manage our states so we can act from a more resourceful place.

All are welcome to join us for these gatherings, finishing with a cup of tea/coffee.
