A Call for Peace

In these times of turbulence and conflict, it can be challenging not to react in fear, anger or judgement.

Mahatma Ghandi advised that “we should be the peace we want to see.”

But how is that possible in the face of such disturbance, internally and externally?

In this experiential workshop, we will seek to ‘let it begin with me’, to gently explore our own inner

conflicts and bring them to the light of peace. Using prayer, meditation and simple rituals, we will offer

compassion to our own woundedness in a safe and supportive atmosphere. And from a place of

grace and fullness, we will extend that love to our wounded world.
