Br. Richard Hendrick presented a day of mindfulness, meditation and contemplation based on the Christian tradition.
He blended the customs of prayer and intention to show how our faith was always contemplative and pointing inwards.
Br. Richard drew on his three decades of being a priest and friar to share how we can achieve moments of calm and
stillness amid the anxieties and busyness of life. He gave us ways of living in the present moment and in the presence of
God in our everyday life. Starting with the breath, he shared practices to help us to live more mindfully, inspiring us to live
with hope and possibility, bringing compassion and happiness to our lives.
