Embracing Change – Letting Go to Write a New Chapter

 

Marion O’Brien led this workshop which focussed on the fact that change is constant in our lives and it is how we respond to change that can make a difference to the quality of our lives.

Through a mixture of visualisation, creative exercises and group sharing, attendees worked both individually and as a community in learning how we can better manage our attitude to change.

Through a number of exercises such as “The Backpack Exercise” and “The Metamorphosis Activity”, we focussed on examining our lives to date and becoming aware of how to make more conscious choices.

We learned how to unpack what we carry that no longer serves us and repack with intention that which empowers us.

This workshop was conducted in a safe and supportive environment, with an emphasis on curiosity, light-heartedness and fun.
